[Feat] Adding Detailed Documentation to setup the Project

Description

I faced this issue myself , I wanted to contribute to this project and started to project setup locally and got stuck. I checked for documentation and it is very unclear , So I decided to add the project setup documentation to this repo so that no other contributor will face this in the future.

Changes I want to made :

1. Adding step by step process to set up .env.local to the project
2. Adding every step of how to setup required API KEYS with images of how and where to get them from.
3. Adding Images in each step so that new members can know what exactly is happening

I will do it asap :)
