PR Title: Add Contribution Guidelines and Improve Documentation 📚

Description:

Added CONTRIBUTING.md to guide developers on how to contribute to the AI Course Generator repository.
Included steps for forking, cloning, branching, making changes, and submitting a pull request.
Added guidelines on issues, feature requests, development environment setup, and coding conventions.
Provided information on code formatting, testing, and committing best practices.

Changes:

Created CONTRIBUTING.md file with detailed contribution steps and guidelines.
Updated the README.md to include a link to the contributing guidelines.
