Feature Request: Light/Dark Mode Toggle

Description: I would like to propose adding a light/dark mode toggle feature to the website. This feature will allow users to switch between light and dark themes, enhancing the user experience by providing an option for better accessibility and visual comfort in different lighting conditions.

Current Behavior:

• The website currently uses a single theme without any toggle option for switching between light and dark modes.

Proposed Solution:

• Implement a toggle button in the website's header or a suitable location to switch between light and dark themes.
• The toggle button should allow users to switch the website's appearance instantly.
• Persist the user's choice (light or dark mode) using local storage or cookies so that the theme preference is retained across page reloads and sessions.

Benefits:

• Improves user accessibility and caters to individual preferences for visual comfort.
• Enhances the overall aesthetics and usability of the website, especially in low-light environments.
• Provides a modern look and feel to the website, aligning with popular web design trends.
