File change tracking not working reliably #14

When opening and saving the same file repeatedly using a text editor, at some point encdroid stops encrypting the changes. Might need to use a different mechanism to propagate file changes.

Should be better at 127c558b1e8862e344ff29b3f45874705d546814 unfortunately some viewer applications behave weirdly - for example Jota text editor requries its own ~files to match with the content of the file otherwise it doesn't properly open the file.
