Letterboxd Rating Rounding Bug #29

We need to do some processing so the letterboxd score is rounding to the hundreds place or wherever appropriate.

i rounded it in details.html. im going to keep the issue open in case we'd rather have the rounded float in the database instead

@johnzheng0 I think it would be better if we saved the rounded value in our database, so we don't have this bug occur somewhere else in the future.
