Add Maven deploy stuff #51

@brayanjuls - I am hoping that this setup will work. Hopefully the > ; + publishSigned; sonatypeBundleRelease command will just magically get the releases in Maven. Let me know if you're cool with me trying this.

@MrPowers - LGTM. It is similar to what I did in Diane. after the first release, we could create another issue to automate the versioning and tagging process.
