First of all thanks for writing this program, it also works neatly on my Dell Inspiron 13-5378 !
Not really sure if this is the proper way of addressing this issue: but when I run auto-rotate from the command-line the screen rotates as expected. However when I use the supplied systemd service file on boot, the auto-rotate binary is running, but the screen doesn't rotate. My speculation is that the service somehow executes before xorg is ready, could this be the case ?
I've tried some modifications such as After=lightdm.service in the Unit section, but without success. Any idea how I can get the service to work on boot ?
