Describe the issue below.

If you will restore an backup, it could be that restore will fail - cause the streamed install tooks to long. Perhaps an additonal timeout could be helpfully.

Fixed for Linux and macOS in https://github.com/mrrfv/open-android-backup/commit/36e7e61f4e5e59d8a74ed12644b0451c5781f614. The changes will make it to a stable release later, so git clone the repository for the update instead.
