We need a polling tool that helps us to vote and make decisions but Yes/No is just to simple at this point. Its just to easy to confuse the children or the adults with big ideas and hope filled gestures.
We need a tool that allows us firstly to create an Epic idea, then options for some feature breakdown, finally some small simple stories that are easy to visualize. We want to be able to rate the stories by complexity, uncurtainty and effort and then role those up into features and the features into the epic.
The Epic level should provide us with some visual perspective enabling a view of the overall Complexity, Uncurtainty and Effort and provide a final vote opportunity.
