Currently we have a table to display the likes and dislikes report. Change the results to cards and color the likes green and the dislikes red to match the thumbs up/down icon used to express the feature.
Also implement a flag to easily show which country it is and remove the text Like or Dislike using the red or green color scheme aligned with the icon colors to show which it is.
