Version property is not consistent #37

The version property in library.properties and library.json is not consistent (1.1.9 vs 1.1.6). I also miss the library with the version 1.1.9 in the registry of platformio.org.

Oops, I've updated both property files to 1.1.10 as there were some other PRs than had been merged but not released
