Removed references to Wprogram.h #35

Failed to compile with the reference to Wprogram.h, so i commented it out.

having no problems compiling in the Arduino IDE now.

Hmmm... you seem to have done way more than simply commenting out Wprogram.h You've removed the LGPL notice and deleted functions, reformatted lots of code changed lots of small things - why?

Sorry I'm not going to merge this PR as it stands.
