Re-Boot After Nit #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when rebooting after using nit and selecting option 2 have to reboot twice to 
get into maemo(with power kernel)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If I am just re-booting maemo works first time

What is your device, RootFS and kernel versions?
N900,linux 2.6.28.10power37

Please provide any additional information below.

Always needs Re-booting twice only after using the new flying nitdroid, was no 
issue when using 05....
