the menu in home/photos change very fast blinking the sveral options in the same time #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.go to photo or to home menu ans pass my thinger in the sensor to get the menu 
and he gets unstable blinking and showing options to fast
2.i notice almost in all menu options but in photo is the most unstable
3.i leave and enter again in fhoto menu and for a wile stasys stable in slide 
show mode but them gets again blinking the menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What is your device, RootFS and kernel versions?
N900/Kernel is 40...this is the best i can do i m a final user

since 0.0.8 we don't use proximity sensor as menu button
