Add a GUI to the application #5

Currently PyDic only supports CLI. Add a GUI with additional features(will fetch additional points).

Please work out this issue on another branch.

I want to work further on improving the UI.

I just kept your PR on hold for now because of some other issues. Need that to get to v2.0
