There are a few things to be done regarding auto welcoming.

[ ] - Refactor the functions into a class
[ ] - Dump the "ghetto" database there is in basic.py now and rather than that use the config that is standardized in brutal.

@JakubNvk I think you did this in the first place, would you be OK with doing this?
