Quest dialogue not working #94

I'm playing on a private 1.12 server. Addon randomly stopped playing the quest sounds but kept playing npc gossip. Vanilla module is displayed as out of date but it still didn't have an issue in those few days that it worked.

EQL3 addon caused the issue.
