Chat Scrolling

it would be very nice if you could add a "scrollable chat" to xvm. 
someone has already done it as a mod, but it would be awesome if you could 
implement it in xvm.

I think WoWp has already chat scrolling in battle. If WoT will be update into 
AS3 (maybe 9.0?), they may just copy it from WoWp. Someone from WG already 
wrote about chat rework.
