Minimap laser line won't turn in Sniper mode

Hi!

Using the most recent version of XVM (3032), I found that the 'laser' line and 
tank angle is not turning while in Sniper mode. It works in arcade mode.

So, the issue was set to 'Done', but it was not fixed in the recent nightly 
builds. A vanilla install of XVM won't turn the line camera in sniper mode. 
That looks broken to me since the last update.
