The XVM macros {{teff}} and {{e}} show --- instead of vehicle-specific 
efficiency

Vehicle-specific macros only work on the RU server as far as I know. On the EU 
(or NA in your case), the WoT API doesn't return the data needed to calculate 
these ratings so XVM only displays '---'.
