Weird formatting in Players Panels during countdown #617

When a battle begins, there is medium2 panel (largest) showing for a few 
seconds, then shrinking to the default one.

The problem is the medium2 panel is having vehicleFormatLeft and 
vehicleFormatRight bugged, because text formating is not working there anymore.

But when the battle begins, and when we switch manualy to medium2, it showing 
everything without any problem.

Also, which version/nightly are you using?

It happens since I dont know when, didnt even notice, but surely last few 
nightly builds, including r3047.

Using http://www.edgar-fournival.fr/obj/wotxvm/xvmconfzip/defaultwn6.zip, no 
formatting issues. Please provide your config for testing.

Reproduced using Aslain's config:

ip (with only PlayersPanel.xc)

No formatting during battle countdown.
