Custom macros, and functions, available for modders #624

It would be really helpful if you let us create our own functions, like MAX(5, 
10) returns with 10, and macros like{(name_clan)} = players name, and the clan 
he is in. Maybe this macro actually exists in XVM, this was just an example.
