When loading battle don't loading statistic

when python script send one request to the statistic server and server answer 
503 error, script don't trying again, but after few seconds server return 
normal answer with status 200. In link file with diff in stats.py for fix this 
error

yes server is overloaded, but if try again after one second server will answer 
normally. I added a few attempts to get statistic and on second request the 
server answer normally.
