Bug - Macros - battleLoading and playersPanel #680

Since yesterday (Sunday, 20 April), some macros no longer work or work 
incorrectly:

t-rating, t-batles, eff: do not show any value;
kb: shows the total number of battles and not the total number batles/1000

I'm using the 3405 version

Because macros is changed.
New format: {{name[%[flag][width][.prec]type][~suf][|def]}}
For example: {{name%-10.10s~..}} {{kb%4.01f~k|----}}
You can find it in ChangeLog-ru.txt
