RVAmp and Phase Lag #2

I think your rvamp coefficient is off by a factor of 4. Could you also add in a phase lag variable? And possibly allow for plotting the folded phase curve as well? Thanks

I've fixed the doppler beaming coefficient but haven't published it to pypi yet. I want fix a few other things first. You can get the updated code by downloading a zip file and python setup.py install I'll add a new issue for the phase lag
