Class not registered. Class ID #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on the .exe file gives the dialogue box 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file is supposed to execute. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.6.0

Please provide any additional information below.
It gives me the following error
Class not registered, Class ID:
{9C042297-D1CD-4F0D-B1AB-9F48AD6A6DFF} 
what is this even supposed to mean?

Have the same error. Running on Windows 7 (64 bit) on a Dell Precision M6500

Installing the modded synaptic drivers made this error go away...
