Can't scroll on Notepad++ or Visual Studio #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a document (that show a vertical scrollbar)
2. Try to scroll using two fingers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Scroll like chrome browser window

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.6
