cannot create tmp_1707777468: Permission denied #1

Hi, I am running maxbin2 for a metagenome assembly and created the coverage file (.tsv) using bowtie2. I got permission denied error. pls look in to and suggest.

What is file directory and "setting" file?

run_MaxBin.pl -contig /media/majorram/Analysis_Data/singhrn/ramesh/trimmed/megahit_nw-assmbly/nw-all_assmbly/scaffold.contigs.fa -out /media/majorram/Analysis_Data/singhrn/ramesh/binning/max_bin/maxbin2 -abund /media/majorram/Analysis_Data/singhrn/ramesh/bowtie2_mapping/nw_mapping/nw-all-mapping/nw_depth_matrix.tsv -min_contig_length 2500 -thread 20 sh: 1: cannot create tmp_1707777468: Permission denied Cannot run FragGeneScan. Please indicate the file directory in 'setting' file.
