https://homey.app/nl-nl/app/com.neo/NEO-Coolcam/test/ is what I used and what worked. I had a hard time figuring out where to add the /test to. The app is now visible in my Homey with the indication "Experimental"

Ah the app is in test mode. I can install the version and use it. after it get the final updates?
