Neo coolcam kits upgrade #270

I have a problem whit app Neo coolcam kits, ver. 1.0.3.2, that manages several alarm in the house (PIR, smoke alarm, contact alarm, managed by the Neo alarm center device). In cell phone (Android 11), for several months hasn't been working the Alarm Notification, so I no longer hear the alarms, which is serious and makes the whole system useless. I'm wondering if there is an app update or how the problem can be resolved. Thank you.
