added extended html parsing (tables...)
added webp support
image processing
- added support for the kitty terminal
- added ansi dithered
- better http handling
- refactoring
added terminal width option (for eg. ranger, vifm etc.)

Yes, I tested it with kitty - works basically the same as sixel (tested with mlterm) Thanks for merging the PR.
