[webUI] Make the search section the homepage #29

Story description

  1. go to https://mrvivacious.github.io/My_Bhagavad_Gita/
  2. note that the section that appears on the page is the Browse by verse
  3. click on the Search button
  4. note that the search feature appears

acceptance criteria When visiting the site, the section/feature that appears on the homepage should be the search feature In the navigation menu, the new order should be Search - Browser - Random When I click the Browser button, it should still show Ch 1 Verse 1 (to avoid loss of user experience)
