Whitelist nyaa.si #123

Hi! "nyaa.si" is listed as a porn domain but it's not. It's an anime/manga torrent site. Their NSFW subdomain is "sukebei.nyaa.si".

The list should block "sukebei.nyaa.si" but allow "nyaa.si"
