Describe the bug Tasks without any subtask are shown. Tasks with subtask are not synced with nextcloud.

To Reproduce Create a task list with subtask in nextcloud. It will be recognized by Errands but the created Tasks are missing - nothing in there...

Expected behavior Not only Task without subtask should be shown.

OS info:

Distro: Fedora
Desktop Enviroment: Gnome
Using latest version from Flathub: Errands Version 45.1.8

Can you try new update? I think it was fixed.
