NuGet package #1

Could you get this fork up on NuGet? I ran into the problem this fork addresses when trying to get SlowCheetah working on Mono.

I have tried to get Microsoft to accept these small patches into the official version so the official Xdt NuGet package works on all operating systems. However the licence for the existing Xdt NuGet package does not allow distribution on non-Windows operating systems so that may not help anybody.

The patched Xdt binary is available on GitHub. I can put it on NuGet if that helps. Out of interest how will having it as a NuGet package versus using the binary directly help getting SlowCheetah working on Mono?

I use package restore in my repos so I don't have to put binaries in git. The binary is only 73 kB so it wouldn't be a huge deal to put it in but consistency is nice. It would also perhaps make this patch more visible and save someone some troubleshooting.
