New function to paste just the script steps, when a script (or multiple scripts or even layout objects) is on the clipboards.

Such a function could be very useful for updating fmIDE.

This function already exists, but is currently titled "Clipboard Paste > Paste Steps from [ Copied Buttons ]"

Just change the name to "Clipboard Paste > Paste Steps only (from copied Scripts or Layout Objects)"
