fmSetupAssistant: Settings: Write Setting UX - without (or with less) dialogs (Mac)

There are too many safety-net dialogs. The popover is maybe unnecessary.

Maybe we need to differentiate between

• a new setting
• a tried and tested setting

Added new Priv 'Write With Less Warnings', which, when activated, reduces a write operation to:

1. Click [<-] Fix
2. Click OK in the popup
3. Click OK in the dialog

Still 3 clicks rather than one, but better than 5 or more!

• Removed the extra dialog for testing on windows, as the process is now stable.
• Added success/failure stats to the text of the first dialog confirmation, to improve user certainty when proceeding with a change
  • This allows users to differentiate between good (safe) and bad (risky) settings
