Unexpected valid command for eedit : data component #6

Try to input command eedit 1 -d 29 Feb 2021 Expected: error thrown because it is an invalid date Actual: edit successful but date was set to 28 Feb 2021

If the day is incompatible with the month and year, the closest valid date may be matched.

Reason for disagreement: Do provide the SS of clearly documented in the UG. Also, a user might be confused with the different leap years dates, therefore it might be better to just handle the exception when an invalid date is inputted, for eg: 31-02-2100 this will throw error, so why not 29-02-2021?
