modify template html #6

Is there a way to modify the template index.html ? Just curious if there is particular step I am missing.. I like ADR-Viewer but would like to be able to tweak html template thanks!

Thanks for this! I'm trying to get to these features / issues when I have time apart from work.

I've popped a couple of PRs which will allow modification of colours etc etc. There is nothing stopping you copying the template index.html to a new directory and modifying that to your heart's content, remembering it is a Jinja2 template. Then supply the --template_dir parameter to direct adr-viewer to that directory with that template. The sky is the limit ! Maybe some modified templates could be shared too !

@jonk-ebi I'm quite happy to fork this project and include the PRs that Ive created - clearly with due credit to @mrwilson for his incredible work. I'll then maintain this moving forward if you'd care to join me.
