better error for failure to resolve gla #29

When trying to import SoF2 models, the plugin can't guess the basepath because it looks for GameData/. Subsequently, it fails to resolve the relative glm paths. The resulting error message is terribly vague:

File not Found! (no .gla?)

It should:

contain the path of the file we tried to open
explain the assumed basepath and whether it could be guessed
suggest steps to fix the issue
