Make .gla extension handling more uniform #51

It seems like ModView will only take glms where the gla reference does not include .gla. The exporter will happily include it anyway.

Relatedly, when importing a .glm, reportedly the .gla extension is mandatory when overriding it.

I cannot reproduce the .glm import .gla override issue, works on my machine.
