some surfaces broken in export #5

I edited canal1a, re-exported it, and now some surfaces don't have collision. Re-importing it with debug visualization shows that the assumed AABB is too small. Investigate & fix, this is the biggest issue known so far.

Check pivot and inverse_pivot as well as tris off by one in either direction
