Make sure I'm loading the right dependencies for block editor scripts #11

Probably should be loading wp-editor/wp-site-editor/etc. (I don't think those handles are right)

Notably, this isn't an issue if using wp-scripts with the $assets_file, so that's probably the real solution to this.
