Link Button Enhancement Phase 1: Detect selection contents and place appropriately #1

  1. detect if a selection starts with "http"
  2. place code appropriately in the link syntax ([url|text]).

This sets the stage for taking that detection one step further and prefilling a popup with "URL" and "Link Text" fields to build the full link
