Package issue #27

Package gets uninstalled after each build. I got an error like this "Failed to resolve assembly: 'XamEffects, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'"

Its not a problem with my package. Google it how solve problems with resolving nuget packages
