Encoding added to environment.rb #2

I'm using Rails under WXP and gem adds encoding to environment.rb file. After that, Webrick doesn't start. I have to remove this line in order to start the server.

I'm new to rails and github. Sorry if I am telling something stupid.

Hi KorXo,

I've attempted duplicating this and I'm having no problems. Can you post your environment.rb file here? Historically, they're pretty small files, so just wrap it in the Markdown code syntax. Thanks!

Hi Kristian,

I'm not using that PC anymore. I have tried to duplicate this issue and I can't. I remember the problem was in my editor (Notepad++) that change encoding to ANSI.

In that circunstantces, I think we can close the issue.
