Author and version # are no longer output on File Index page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use a .js file with file annotations for author and version.  Example
attached.
2. Run it through the latest version of the tool (2.0.beta2.1)
2. Go to the File Index page.
3. Expect to see the Author and Version # listed for each file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Author and version # are no longer output on file list page.  On jsdoc
2.0.preview_2 our site used to have a File Index that looks like this:

https://www.labkey.org/files/home/Documentation/API%20Reference/files.html? 

Now on jsdoc 2.0.beta2.1 I see this:

https://www.labkey.org/files/home/Documentation/API%20Reference/files2.html?

[Note that source file links on the first File Index page work but not
those on the second.  This is intentional -- I do not have ftp access to my
test site right now, so I'm minimizing upload efforts.]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Upgraded to the 2.0.beta2.1 made available at about 5pm April 7, PST.
OS: Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.

This not at all high pri -- just a nice-to-have feature that seems to have
stopped working.

Just found jsdoc 2.0.beta2.2 (vs 2.1) and tested for the issue described here.  
The
issue remains in the updated version.
