Notice on front page makes it look like this project is dead. #341

**NOTICE: As of 27 June 2010 the JsDoc Toolkit Version 2 project is no
longer accepting any new Feature Request tickets. Any Feature Request
tickets submitted after that date will be deleted without comment.**

Subscribe to the Users List for announcements regarding what features will
be included in the upcoming release of JSDoc 3.

However, if you feel you've identified a high priority bug in the latest
release of JsDoc Toolkit Version 2, please DO create a ticket here.

^ See what I mean. Might be worth mentioning there's a version 3 before saying 
you aren't taking feature requests for version 2.
