Expired providers include moneybutton.com, relayx.io, dotwallet.com, mypaymail.co, volt.id.

A new one is neetbux.net from yours truly, but it's still in testing phase.

Cool thanks @kuopassa. If you have a PR I will review and merge, otherwise I don't have the time currently to make the changes.
