[Humble] Tutorials - ros2 topic hz outputs warning, even though it was running #422

Executing "ros2 param set /minimal_param_node my_parameter earth" only changes the value once. Doesn’t persist.

WARNING: topic [/turtle1/pose] does not appear to be published yet
